Abstract (EN)
In this study, some 2,5 pyridinedicarboxylic acid metal halide complexes that are givenwith the formula Ni(2,5 PDA)Cl2, Hg(2,5 PDA) Cl2, Cu(2,5 PDA)I2, Fe(2,5 PDA)Cl2, Mn(2,5 PDA)Cl2 , Co(2,5 PDA)Br2 , Co(2,5 PDA)Cl2 , Zn(2,5 PDA)Cl2 , Zn(2,5 PDA)Br2 , Ni(2,5 PDA)Br2 and Cu(2,5 PDA)Br2 have been chemically synthesised for the first time .The infrared spectra of the prepared complexes were reported in 4000-400 cm-1 region by KBr disc method .As a results of the reported IR spectra ,it is are found that the vibrational frequency values of ligand molecule are shifted to complex structure and this shifts depend on metal and halogen atoms .The chemical formulas of complexes are determined by the elemental analysis results. The proposed geometrical structure for complexes were explained according to analysis results and frequency shifts.
