Abstract (EN)
In the first part of this work, three compounds, including azachalcones , which are alternative of the natural chalcone-type compounds; (2E)-1-(4-aminophenyl)-3-(4-pyridyl)-2-propen-1-one, 1; (2E)-1-(4-aminophenyl)-3-(3-pyridyl)-2-propen-1-one, 2; (2E)-1-(4-aminophenyl)-3-(2-pyridyl)-2-propen-1-one, 3 were synthesized according to Claisen-Schmidt reaction. Then, Schiff base, Pyrazole and N-alkyl substituted derivatives of 1-3 compounds, 4-13 compounds, total of 13 compounds ,were synthesized. In the literature research, compounds 4-13 were found to be new. The structures of the synthesized compounds were identified by 1D NMR (1H NMR ve 13C NMR) and FT-IR. In the second part of the work, antimicrobial properties of 13 compounds synthesized were investigated.
