Abstract (EN)

In this study some species of bacteria (Proteus mirabilis, P. vulgaris, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Bacillus megaterium, B. cereus, Escherichia coli) cultured in shaking culture medium (Brain Hearth Infusion Broth, BHI) of which levels of endogenous forms of free-, bound- and total- auxin (indole-3-acetic acid, IAA), gibberellin (GA3) and abscisic acid (ABA) have been examined. External culture filtrate samples in the exponential (primary) and the stationary (secondary) growth phases of bacteria which determined their growth curve in the optimum conditions processed extraction and purification for the analysis of the hormones. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique has been used to determine the amounts of endogenous auxin (indole-3 -acetic acid, IAA), gibberellin (GA3) and abscisic acid (ABA). At the end of the study, it has been showed that bacteria which have been used in this study synthesized IAA, GA3 and ABA as metabolite and these plant hormones which have been synthesized, were both free and bound forms.
