Abstract (EN)
This thesis study contains experimental studies done in vitro environment.Experiments are carried out with RATEC C2 clon cells by using cell culturetechnique. With this study it is showed that carvacrol, Bifora radians, dill, olivetoric acid, physodic acid has effect on cell proliferation, endothelialmigration, tube formation that are important events in angiogenesis process andon cell skeleton which has important role in the cell movement. In these cellswhich test substances are applied as the dosage is decreasing of cell proliferation, stop of cell migration and inhibition of tube formation and to disorganisation ofthe cell skeleton and morphology have been observed. Keywords: Plant extract, angiogenesis, tube formation, endothelial cell, actinfilament
