Abstract (EN)

In this study, endemic Dianthus ancyrensis Hausskn., Bornm., Dianthus balansea Boiss. and Dianthus zederbaueri Vierh. (Caryophyllaceae) plants were collected forest area from the Yapraklı town of Çankırı. Species identification of the collected materials were performed. The moss was dried at room temperature in the shade and disintegrated with liquid nitrogen. The hexan, chloroform, ethyl acetate, aceton and methanol extracts of these materials' were prepared respectively. The fatty acids of hexan extracts were determined with GC-MS. Other extracts' phenolic compounds are determined with HPLC-TOF/MS. All extracts antiproliferative effects were determined by method of BrdU ELISA against HeLa ve C6 cells. All of the extracts have lower toxicity than 5-FU except DZ EtOAc extract.
