Abstract (EN)
The method has developed using a running buffer consisting of 20 mM of 10% methanol with pH 9.1, employing a fused silica column with a total length of 75 cm an effective length of 25 cm, and internal diameter of 75 ?m. 18 kV were applied and produced signals that were detected at 200 nm. Under these conditions, propylparaben was an internal standard and t-Cinnamic acid, Chlorogenic acid, Gentisic acid, Syringic acid, p-Coumaric acid, o-Coumaric acid, vannilic acid, p-Hydroxybenzoic acid, Caffeic acid, Protocatechuic Acid appeared at 7.601, 9.107, 9.640, 9.854, 10.145, 10.446, 10.949, 11.254, 12.288, 13.608, 15.706 minutes, respectivetly. The proposed method has applied to phenolic acid compounds in green tea and plant extracts. The results have shown that the method is a simple and applicable method for phenolic acids.
