Abstract (EN)
This study was conducted in 2017-2018. Semi-hardwood cuttings of 5 promising rosehip genotypes were used. Semi-hardwood cuttings were taken in the last week of August and planted in perlite medium in the mist unit by applying IBA of 0, 1000 and 2000 ppm. Rooting rate, callus rate, root number, root length and root dry weights were determined by removing after the cuttings held for two months. As a result, the highest rooting was obtained from the application of 2000 ppm IBA in MR-84 genotype and the lowest rooting was obtained from the control in MR-26. The highest callus was obtained from the control in genotype MR-46, while the lowest callus was obtained from 2000 ppm IBA in MR-12 genotype. On the other hand, considering the average values of all genotypes, the optimal IBA dose in terms of rooting rate was 2000 ppm.
