Abstract (EN)
In this study, neonicotinoid group insecticide imidacloprid, which is thought to cause honey bee colony losses in our country and in the world, is compared with sulfoxaflor and flupyradifurone which is intended to be used instead of the imidacloprid. These substances have been tested fot the honey bees by artificial flowers, fields and laboratory studies. The life span of the labeled bees fed in the flowers of the cherry and sunflower plants treated by the use of imidacloprid, sulfoxaflor and flupyradifurone in the field conditions was compared and the differences between the control groups were not statistically significant. In artificial flower method, the active substances of imidacloprid, sulfoxaflor and flupyradifurone were fed 1/1, 1 / 2.5, 1/5, 1/10 levels of known LD50 doses and compared the color and nutrient differentiation of bees. It was observed that there was a decrease in color and nutrient differentiation ability of bees consuming 1 / 2.5 times of imidacloprid LD50 dose, there was no change in the amounts consuming 1 / 2.5, 1/5, 1/10 of LD50 dose of sulfoxaflor and flupyradifurone. In laboratory conditions, oral and contact LD50 values of three active substances were investigated for the forager honey bees and the acute oral LD50 values of imidacloprid, sulfoxaflor and flupyradifurone were determined as 6.221 ng, 45.662 ng and 2.592 ng, and acute contact LD50 values 14.58 ng, 109.32 ng ve 10.45 µg respectively.
