Abstract (EN)
This is a simulation study on the difference between populations with respect to a certain DNA sequence. By the simulation program written on R two DNA sequences that are identical by descent at the beginning are followed during various numbers of generations. Two mutation rates are used. It has been observed that the efficiency and the unbiasedness of the estimates of the mutation rates increases as the number of generations increases.
