Abstract (EN)
These days the people, who are willing to lose weight and live healty by doing exercise, attend sport centeres. Therefore a population of sport centers and the number of users have been increasing day by day. In order to boost the satisfaction of customers and to keep fresh in the competition at the market they always have to be best of giving service. As a result of researches, it has been observed that a few scientific studies has been done in this sector and it is aimed to make an application in this field. This study has been conducted by using Arena 14.0 programme discrete event simulation model in orde to evaluate a sport centre's current situation.by analysşng an output of the model; the average amount of members who heve been served at the centre, the average time of training,a duration for each training and their quantity also usage of trainer and equipment have been determined apart from these data; the equipments where exist delays have been determined. By considering available locations at the sport centre and its financial condition; the scenarios which is about how to make it better have been done by increasing the amount of the equipments where exist delays and increasing the source of trainers. 177 scenarios which have been done to make the current situation better, have been evaluated by data envelopment analysis and as a result of this; effective scenarios were determined. For measuring the activity, data envelopment analysis program "DEAP 2.1" was used. In addition to this BBC model and CCR model at this analysis were used to determine tekniqual efficiencyand scale activity. Among the scenarios that are efficiently in both models, the scenario that can minimizing training and waiting times was determined. With the implementation of this scenario, a decrease of %19,05 in the average training period and %5,87 increase in the average number of serviced members have been achieved.
