Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effects of the slag from Elazıg Ferrocromium Plant on the compressiveand bending strength of the concrete were investigated. With this aim ,slag in differentproportions( 3%, 5%, 7%, 10%) of cement weight added into the concrete. The study wasperformed under constant slump and the specimens were tested (compression and bending)after a cure of 3, 7 and 28 days. From the results compression and bending strength In additionmaximum strength was obtained in the concrete with 3% slag and ıt was understood that slagcould be added upto 5%.Keywords: Slag, Compressive strength, concrete.
