Abstract (EN)

Buckling Restrained Braces which are used to the decrease the effects of seismic forces usually are implemented on steel structures. Although the literature information is limited for the RC structures, frame with BRBS are being used for new and existing RC buildings. In this thesis, BBRs which are implemented to structures having different number of stories, and which have different lengths are examined and compared with each other's. On structures with 4 and 8 stories, BRBS with one floor and two floor lengths is used separately. Also the design criteria of the BRB can be found in this thesis.
