Abstract (EN)

Concrete is themostimportantbuildingmaterialbothload-bearingsystemanddeterminationshapeand size. Concrete is generallyusedtopreventthecompressionforces. Furthermore, concrete can conveyunderinfluencescorrosion, freezing-thawingandbending. Economic life of concrete can decreasingduetounfavorableloadandunfavorableweatherconditions. Most of theresearch, economic life of concrete is increasing. So, especiallyresearchersresearch on thewater-cementratioandadditive. Nowadays, chemicaladditives is mostpreferredproductforproduction of durableconcretewithlesswaterandlesscement. Moreover, polypropylenefıberprefersforbending, corrosion, freezing - thawingforcontributetomoreenergyabsorption. Vacuumconcreteapplication is withdrawn an amount of mixingwaterfromthefreshconcrete. Inthismethod, forthehydrationreactionnecessarywaterremains in theconcrete but necessary an importantpart of thewaterwithdrawnswiththevacuumfromfreshconcreteforworkability. Also, steelfibersandsyntheticfibersareusedtoincreasetheenergyabsorptioncapacity of theconcrete. Polypropylenefibersandsteelfibersareusedtype an alternativesynthetic fiber. Inparticular, steelfibersshoweffectssuch as corrosion in concreteexposedtooutdoorconditionstherefore, positiveeffects on concretearealsoshort-lived. So, syntheticfibers is morepreferredbyconcretemanufacturers in recentyears. Inthisstudy, threedifferentconcretestrengthclassesproducedandthreedifferentratesandtwodifferentlengthpolypropylenefibersareused in normal concreteandvacuumconcrete. Producedover 42 types of concreteareperformtestedphysicaltests, compression test, bendingtests, slab test andenergyabsorptioncapacitytests. Theaim of thisstudy, concreteperformance is determinationwithaplication of vacuum test, fiber length test. Inthecompression test of fibersareshowedpositiveeffects in lowstrengthconcrete but it is showedadverseeffects in normal andhighstrengthconcrete. Aplication of vacuum is increasedupto~20 percentcompressionstrength in the fiber concrete. To be longorshort of fibersare not showedsignificantdifference. However, theconcretethatcontainsthehighestratio of has shownthelowestcompressivestrengthvalue of concrete. Bendingstress in thebeambending test, consideringthemaximumloadvalueUpto~30 percentincreaseareshowed in thenon-fibrousconcrete. However, upto 3 mm deflectionbendingstress in thebeambending test showeddecline of upto~60 percent. Looking at theenergyabsorptionvalues, it showed 8-16 timeshighervalues of thefibrousconcreteaccordingtonon-fibrousconcrete. Between normal concreteandvacuumconcreteare not showedsignificantdifferenceenergyabsorptioncapacity. As a result, theamountandlength of polypropylenefibersandtheuse in the of vacuumconcretehavesignificantinfluence on concreteproperties.
