The quality control system design in domestic appliances industry and its applications in Arçelik dishwasher plant

In this study, the quality control design in domestic appliances industry hasbeen studied and its applications in Arçelik Dishwasher Plant have beenobserved. Thus, the extensive and detailed information about the domesticappliances industry in Turkey and in the World, beginning from basic conceptsof quality are collected; besides the quality control stages together with the usedquality management systems and total quality management systems in domesticappliances production are explained and areas of its applications are evaluated.So, the importance of quality control in white furnitute sector is tried to beemphasized. As a method of study, the boks the related periodicals and articlessurveyed and studied. In addition to this, some theoretical information frominternet is reached. This method was also used to obtain the practicalinformation as well as theoretical information . The stages in production andquality control of dishwashers are examined and evaluated by regular visits toArçelik Dishwasher Plant.
