Abstract (EN)
Aim and Hypothesis: This study focuses on the positional effects on hemodynamic changes for hemodynamic limits monitored by the functional near infrared (fNIR) spectroscopy. By administering two consecutive experimental protocols, we investigated effects of the potential body-head positions that may be the cases during sleep, anesthesia, and applications areas of occupational recordings.Method: We examined two experimental protocol in this thesis. We studied 28 volunteers (experiment 1= 11, experiment 2 = 17). Changes of body positions of both experiment were obtained significant differences. In experiment 1 was worked body?s natural different positions, and this measured in terms of HbO2 and Hb. In experiment 2 was obtained on the hemoglobin concentrations significantly changes the dynamic tilt table test-axis angle movement/acceleration. Measurements in parallel with the axis of the blood pressure, oxygen saturation changes were obtained from a significant point of differentiation. There is no significant differences between HbO2 and Hb about pulse. Results: This study is the preliminary work for displaying multi-channel method has the characteristics of structural imaging with fNIRS of body positions changes. This study focuses on the positional effects on hemodynamic changes monitored by the functional near infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). The motivation behind this exploratory study is to provide a standard approach for a number of bedside and postural applications where the body-head position can influence the fNIRS signal readings. The deoxygenated hemoglobin values seem to be the least effected component of fNIRS recordings across all different positions. Keywords: Hemoglobin Concentrations, Body Positions, Tilt Table Test, Prefrontal Oxygenation
