Abstract (EN)

This thesis study, it was carried out in a natural red pine stand in the transition zone from Central Anatolia to the West Black Sea region. The region is dominated by continental climate impact; the effects of five different doses of Silika, Fe2O3 (Iron (III) oxide), Fe3O4 (Magnetite), ZnO (Çinko Oksit), TiO2 (Titanyum Oksit), Au (Altın), CuO (Bakır Oksit) ve Ag (Gümüş) nanoparticles (NP) and five different application doses (very high, high, medium, low, very low) of germinated red pine (Pinus brutia Ten.) seeds on seedling percentage and seedling growth were investigated. Within the scope of the experimental design established in three repetitions; data on percent of seedlings, seedling length and root diameter characters were subjected to variance analysis and Duncan multiple tests in "IBM SPSS Statistic 23" program. The research carry out significant differences on these values in the 95% confidence interval. As a result of thesis; 1 + 0 aged red pine seedlings of all NP varieties and application doses; with the development of had a negative effect on percent of seedlings, seedling length and root diameter characters and it has been determined that these values of the control seedlings are higher. The average seedling length value of the control seedlings; 35% higher than Fe2O3 NP application values, root diameter characters was found to be around 70% higher than Cu NP application. In addition, according to Au NP (10.96%), which has the most negative impact on seedling length, as it is 3 times higher than control group.
