Abstract (EN)
In this study, Bi1,6Pb0,4Sr2Ca2-xSmxCu3Oy samples were produced by solid statereaction method. The critical temperature and transport properties of thismaterials were observed by using van der Pauw method and Hall effectmeasurements. Hall effect and resistivity measurement were taken between 25-300 K and 0-1,4 T. This material?s Critical temperature decreased with theincrease of Sm2O3 content in BPSCCO. It was observed that resistivitetransition was broadening under the effect of magnetic field. From the slope ofln(resistivity) vs 1/temperature activation energies were found under differentmagnetic fields.
