Abstract (EN)

It is important that to estimate parameters of temperature and compression which affects the speed of wind to product electricity by the help of wind power which is also alternative power source. It is suggested some mathematical modals to find reasonable consequence for speed of wind, compression and temperature. In this thesis Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) which is seen as mathematical modals were used. In this study there are three different works such as; modulation of real information, statistical modul of real information and in real information odd days as input, an even-numbers days as exit. Which one is more successful than others was informed in this study. Although the predictions by getting approximate deviation of statistical information is more successfull than others, it was not equal successful ration in odd days as entry an even-numbers days as exit information.This thesis includes the province BILECIK?s the speed of wind, compression and temperature. The speed of wind, compression and temperature in between 2002 and 2009 information was analyzed. The parameters for 2010 was predicted by using ANN and the information is compared real information for the same city.Key Words Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), wind speed, pressure, temperature
