Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the factors that may be related to the turnover intentions of Information Technology (IT) employees. 153 IT workers from several cities of Turkey has participated in the study. Data for the study were collected using a questionnaire. The obtained data were analyzed by using factor analysis, regression analysis and one-way ANOVA tests. Analyses results revealed that organizational commitment and job alternatives have statistically significant effect on turnover intentions of IT workers. On the other hand, job autonomy and perceived competitive pay don't have any statistically significant effect on turnover intention.
