Abstract (EN)
Information technology has played a significant role in changing the way Human Research departments contact employees, store files and analyze employee performance. Indeed, the information technology can make Human Research practices more efficient. However, when the information technology is used poorly, it can lead to loses in the company's human resources. Thus, the purpose of the current study was to show the impact of information technology on the human resource management. In the current study, it has been shown that utilizing the information technology applications plays a role in human resource management function. This can be seen by the positive impact of the utilization of the contribution of information technology on the human resource management performance's indicators including employment, training and development, motivation, selection and managing employee relations.
