Abstract (EN)
The potential of human brain is not stable as long as the brain works, thinks,imagines and learns new things, new connections appear between neurons. Withthe techniques of remembering the information is taken to the memory quicklyand firmly. In this study the techniques of remembering which are used fordeveloping the potential of human brain are explained by means of internetwith web based. The web site has been planned to supply interaction with theuser by enriching with pictures and animations. In order to study the activity ofweb site an experimental work has been organised. At the and of the study itwas understood that the usage of remembering techniques which is on web sitehas influenced the position of the learning the Turkish meanings of Englishwords positively. Furthermore in this study it was seen that learning theTurkish meanings of English words by using the remembering techniques ofexperiment group the sex and age are not effective.
