Abstract (EN)
The problem of coexistence may appear in the broad sense in the form of relations between individuals, groups, religions, states (international) or all living things. The subject of the study does not cover all of the mentioned relationship types. Interreligious, international or interspecies relations are not directly related to the problem of coexistence highlighted in this study. Relationships that the study deals with in the context of the problem of coexistence; relations between individuals, social groups and political power. For this reason, the problem of coexistence in the study refers to the "tense", sociological and political relations between social persons (individuals/subjects), collective personalities (social groups) and political power, who share the same time and space in a cultural environment. The aim of the study is to try to understand and explain these relations around contemporary debates. The main problem of the study is how can we live together with our differences? based on the question. The question in question has been addressed with a method based on dialectical interpretation, which does not aim to reach historical and synthesis. The study argues that both differences and similarities should be considered together in terms of the problem of coexistence. The understanding of the culture of ambivalence on the socio-cultural basis has been brought to the fore as it offers a perspective that makes it possible for the differences to coexist. At the socio-political level, deliberative democracy, multiculturalism and recognition policies, as well as constitutional citizenship, have been widely adopted as forms of managing ambivalence.
