COMPUTATION OF THE APPROXIMATED SOLUTION TO A DIRICHLET-TYPE PROBLEM IN SYMBOLIC COMPUTATION THEORY (Ph.D.Thesis) Tolga GUYER GAZI UNIVERSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY June 2002 ABSTRACT In this thesis, the symbolic algorithms for computing the approximated analytical solution to a Dirichlet-type problem for the third order partial differential equations which reduced from an inverse problem described for integral geometry are developed.
