Abstract (EN)
In the first chapter of this thesis, the general frame of the concept of sovereignty is discussed and its relationship with some other similar concepts and its classification are investigated. In the second chapter, transition from absolute sovereignty to limited sovereignty in accordance with the nativity and the development of sovereignty, the historical background of public/national sovereignty are investigated. In what situation the sovereignty has been in globalizing world and in this global process the obliteration of the principles which are integrity and inalienability of sovereignty are investigated in the third chapter. While all these investigations are being conducted, the major axis of this study is established by the thought of that sovereignty is not an actuality but a discourse which is compulsory required to describe a system without god within the context of modern state perception, in other words, it is a discourse planned to create the godlike equivalent to theology without god.
