Abstract (EN)
The technical infrastructures in which energy resources are employed must perform sustainably in order to use the available energy resources effectively and efficiently. By including capital, labor, and environmental impact exergy flows within the system boundaries in addition to the flows of energy and material included in the exergetic studies carried out in the existing literature to date, the Extended Exergy Accounted (EEA) method makes it possible an in-depth and more expansive exergetic analysis of the system. The EEA approach is constructed on a more realistic basis since it incorporates the energy flows of capital, labor, and environmental impact within the overall resource use, together with the energy and material composition. This is why it makes a significant contribution to the process of making more informed decisions in terms of both environmental and financial considerations during the activities of decision-makers for resource usage quality and efficiency assessment. Exergy, exergo-economic, and cumulative exergy consumption (CEXC) analysis methods were included in this study's evaluation of the energy, capital, labor, material, and environmental impact parameters in terms of resource use efficiency of a gas turbine aircraft engine.
