Abstract (EN)
Today, the solar energy has a wide range of use, such as generating electricity, obtaining hot water, drying foods and goods, obtaining water via desalination etc.. Solar water heating systems as preheating systems, have many applications in the industry. On the other hand, solar water heating systems for domestic hot water usage are the most common and well known application of using solar energy. This thesis aims for the assessment of a solar water heating application for a university campus sport center by simulating a case study. The simulation has been made by using 3 different reliable softwares which are commonly used in the literature.
