Abstract (EN)
Diabetes Mellitus is known as Diabetes in medical terminology, is a metabolic disease occurring when the pancreas is not produced insulin the body in depending on glucose resistance. It causes various complications in metabolism of human body when left untreated. When the pancreas cannot produce insulin, blood glucose levels should be reduced to glycerin values by injecting insulin into the body from the outside situation . This led to emergence of the idea of an artificial pancreas Bergman Minimal Modeling constitutes the basis of many of the model. In this study, Modified Bergman Minimal Modeling was used in order to create an artificial pancreas modeling accepted by the literature. Matlab Simulink was created by this model; glucose concentration in blood was controlled. As a controller, The PID controller was used which is in very common use. This model study used IVGTT (intravenous glucose measurement) values, as reference values was utilized in order to achieve glycemic values in a healthy person by injecting insulin to system depending on the concentration of glucose in the blood.
