Abstract (EN)

In todays competitive ircumtances, one of the factors that determine the distinctive conditions for firms that produce and present similar products with similar qualities is customer loyality. Customer loyalty, which will increase their profits ans assure theirsurvival, has gained importance fort he firms. Because of this, studies regarding measuring the factors that effect customer loyalty has a leading role for firms to determine their customer loyalty strategies.In this study wich tends to supervise banking firm which is also a service firms and concept such as; creating customer depandance which origins from the importance of the customer, being customer centered and customer happiness has been studied. The study has been carried out in orderto measure individual customer depandance regardless of the customers if they work with state, private or foreign-established banks. For data gathering, face-to-face questionnaire method has been used, and with analysis demographic and socia-economic properties and variables that can effect customer depandancy has been gathered.
