Abstract (EN)

The study aimed to test the predictive relationships between vocational high school students' entrepreneurial orientations, cultural motivation, attention to detail and analyzing knowledge skills through structural equation modeling. Predictive research model was used in the study. The sample of the study consisted of 454 vocational high school students studying in Kütahya city center. "Individual Entrepreneurial Orientation Scale" developed by Bolton and Lane (2012) and adapted into Turkish by Ercan and Yıldıran (2021), 'Analytical Thinking Scale' developed by Ocak and Park (2020), and 'Cultural Awareness Scale' developed by Koşar (2022) were used to collect the data. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were used to analyze the data. As a conclusion of the research, it was determined that cultural motivation is a variable that predicts entrepreneurial orientation positively and moderately, and attention to detail and analyzing knowledge skills positively and at a low level. It was concluded that attention to detail and analyzing knowledge skills are variables that predict entrepreneurial orientation positively and moderately. In the effect of cultural motivation on entrepreneurial orientation; attention to detail and analyzing knowledge skills were found to be partial mediating variables, but indirect effects were found to be at low level. It was concluded that the mediating feature of the skill of analyzing knowledge was higher than the skill of attention to detail.
