Abstract (EN)

Adequate nutrition during pregnancy is important for both the woman and the fetus. Research; The aim of this study is to determine the knowledge of nurses working in primary health care centers about the nutritional status of women during pregnancy. There are sociodemographic data in the first part of the study, the MNA-SF scale in the second part and the Self Nutrition Evaluation Score (SANS) questions in the third part. MNA-SF scale has 2 parts: screening and evaluation. The average screening score is 11.32±2.04 and the total evaluation score is 17.28±4.87. The total evaluation score mean (SANS) is 3.70±7.70. Screening score and total evaluation score vary depending on income satisfaction. In addition, it was determined that the screening score and the total evaluation score differ according to the nutritional status self-assessment results. As a result, it was determined that the level of knowledge of nurses about malnutrition in pregnant women was moderate and their knowledge varied depending on many factors.
