Abstract (EN)
Nanostructures are scientifically interesting and technologically important area. In this thesis the geometry of empty BN nanotubes has been constructed and BN nanotubes filled with the Ni nanowires. All computations have been done with GGA-PBE and 280 cut-off energy using Castep package program. Geometric strucrure, energy band diagrams and density of states properties had been examined after a geometry optimization calculations
