The effects stone burden, Access number and age on operation time and hemorrhage required was studied. Methods: The retrospectively collected data of patients were separated subgroups per yearly and analyzed by using SSSP program analyzing of regression, one way analysis of variant, paired method and k-square test. Results: In this eleven years, hemorrhage required blood transfusion were decreased significantly. The operation time is prolonged due to large stone burden and multi-access number and as a result blood transfusion rates are increased. Conclusion: Complications rates are decreased by gaining experience on percutaneous nephrolithotomy procedures that is the gold standard technique for the treatment of kidney stone disease. The operations should be planned after the meticulously evaluation of all patients.
