Abstract (EN)
In this study, the purpose of pecuniary compensation, non-pecuniary compensation and poverty alimony, as well as its legal nature, conditions, features, payment methods and termination are meticulously examined in detail. Considering the practice, due to the fact that the issue of divorce has been on the agenda recently, the financial consequences of divorce and alimony are disccussed with a detailed perspective on the current Supreme Court Decisions.
