Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, after the general definition of Bose-Einstein Condensation, interactions between atoms are investigated and theory of condensed state, Gross-Pitaevski equation, ground state for trapped condensate, variational calculation, Thomas-Fermi approximation and surface structure of clouds are discussed. Making the use of theory of condensed state, dynamics of the condensate is investigated and microscopic properties of Bose gases, excitations in a uniform gas, excitations in a trapped gas, excitations in a trapped gas in the limit of non-zero temperature are determined. Vortex structures in a rotating condensate, pottential flow and quantized circulation, structure of a single vortex, equilibrium of a rotating condensates, vortex motion, repulsive and attractive interactions of the weakly-interacting Bose gas under rotation are investigated with the help of the information which is given above.
