Abstract (EN)
In the past, the damage to the nature of the harmful and toxic wastes that the enterprises put into the water, air and environment were not taken into account. Today, due to the development of technology and awareness of people, enterprises have to produce more sensitive products to the environment. This situation has trigger businesses to look for "green" suppliers. In this study, the most appropriate green supplier selection in line with the firm's "green" policies was found by using axiomatic design and fuzzy AHP methods which are multi - criteria decision making techniques. The purpose of the axiomatic design developed by Suh was expressed by minimizing trial and error, reducing randomness and finding the best among the options. In Suh's study, both of the design needs of the producer and the requirements of the supplier will be evaluated and certain criteria will be established. Since all criteria in green supplier selection do not include numerical values, fuzzy axiomatic design will be applied using linguistic expressions. Besides, weights will be calculated with Fuzzy AHP since the significance level of these criteria is not the same in real life. As a result, fuzzy AHP weighted fuzzy axiomatic design will be used and the most appropriate green supplier selection for firm's green policy will be realized.
