When I studied my thesis, I've first read the studies on the court records, I've transcribed the record book on which I shall work and naturally I had difficulty in pre-paring this thesis. I have tried to solve the problems which I have encountered in this issue by asking many people and of course it was not easy. I especially found difficult to read names of places, words, technical terms and product names. I've endeavored to understand and solve the legal issues. I made an assessment of the register book in terms of technique and contents and I brought here clarified to many issues. Then, I've summarized the records and I put it into the thesis before its transcript. The transcript text which I prepared is given exact-ly in the thesis. At the end, I have added the samples from the original of the Registry Book.
