The transfer of authority in bureaucratic organisations and the questionnaire of the city center and county municipalities of Balikesir

In this work we analysed transfer of authority in bureaucratic organizations. The term`bureaucracy?, contributions to the theory of bureaucratic organizations, benefits and criticstowards bureaucracy are explained in the first section. In the second section, we explained theimportance of the transfer of authority. Parallel with this aim, the terms `authority? and`transfer of authority? are discussed and factors which require transfer of authority areexamined. In the third section, the goal is to show how to put into practise the theoreticaldiscussions in the above two sections. In the last section, there is the questionnaire which isapplied in Balıkesir and in its county municipalities in order to test the views towards thetransfer of authority in bureaucratic organizations.
