Point of views of the directors and teachers of the primary education schools in the city of Bursa and the parents of the pupils attend pre-primary classes abouth the physical securty of their institution

The purpose of this research is to reveal opinions of both teachers and administrators of kindergartens that are part of primary schools in Bursa, and parents whose children attend to those kindergartens, about physical safety of these institutions.As a sample of the study,kindergartens in primary schools in Bursa have been selected randomly.121 administrators and 171 teachers from a total of 121 primary schools and 550 parents whose children are studying in those schools have selected for the study.As an instrument a survey developed by the researcher has been used.In addition Pearson?s Chi-Sguare test and Fisher?s exact test have been applied.Analyses have been conducted by using SPSSprogram. At the end of the study general findings indicate that:Administrators, teachers and parents do not have adeguate information about physical safety.n private schools generally a security officer controls the entrance and exit.It has been observed that teachers accept visitors after they maket hem wear galoshes and it has been determined that in official schools teachers do not care much about physical safety of the institutions and they contact with the teachers when they face a problem.
