Abstract (EN)

The main objective of this thesis is to develop a platform that acts as an interface for the structures found in the enterprises that carry out the business processes with various operating systems, file types and database management systems. The developed platform in the thesis should relive the pressure on the bottlenecks in the work flows and also model the business process integration. Integrated Systems Environment project will provide a solution by considering business logic of the applications in the meta-data level. It also provides network integrity with combining miscellaneous network nodes over business packages. In the first chapters of the thesis, existing structures and integrated software business are examined, and then the incomplete issues about these solutions are identified. In the following chapters, the Integrated Systems Environment project that improves these solutions by making up the incomplete parts is introduced. In the rest of the thesis, business logic, missions and requirements of every business structure in the project, work flow definitions, reports, user authorization and definition issues is explained in detail.
