Abstract (EN)

Reverse engineering is the handling of designs and data required for the production of a model product using a premanufactured or existing model product. Design, production and modernization are impossible, and even in the case of model products that can not be overlooked, reverse engineering can be done with modern technology development. For example, by using the tomography image of the human body, it is possible to design the external and internal organs according to their personal characteristics and to produce the custom prosthetic prosthesis. By using the robotic and virtual surgical methods of the manufactured prosthesis, it is possible to attach to the body in the operating theater much more quickly and successfully. Using the tomographic image of a patient with thigh (femur) and tibial bone loss in the thesis study, we tried to obtain a 3D model view using bone geometry tissue to digitizer programs for the design and production of bone incision guide pieces to be used in the attachment of personal knee prosthesis and prosthesis . In addition, if it is desired to reproduce a thigh (femur) bone of a human made prototypepi, which seems impossible to design and draw a technical drawing, it is possible to obtain a 3D model view for production and a 3D CAD how it was brought to the model view. The resulting model can be reproduced with modern 3D CAD model views and modernization designs.
