Abstract (EN)
Belongingness has a very important place in individuals' lives, being one of the most basic needs. Family is the first place where individuals' sense of belonging develops, strengthens and takes shape. While the family tries to meet the various needs of individuals, it also meets the need to join a group and feel connected. In our business life, when we fulfill our duties and responsibilities regarding the work we do, we first satisfy ourselves and ensure that our job is done properly. The pleasure, happiness, satisfaction or dissatisfaction felt by the employees who fulfill these duties and responsibilities constitute job satisfaction. Performance can be defined as the measure of the success of the individual's work and his effort to achieve a goal. Job performance is the process by which employees perform a task or function in their organization. In this context, the aim of the study is to reveal how employees' family affiliation affects their job satisfaction and job performance.
