Abstract (EN)

As the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility is realised, the amount of researches of the subject has been increased. Some of the subjects which are related to CSR are brand perception, organisational performance, job satisfaction and organisational commitment have been studied by researchers for many years. In this study, the relationship between CSR and employee's intent to remain has been examined.It is an important work as it is the first CSR and intent to remain research in Aviation Industry. The data was collected via scales of CSR and intention to remain. The survey was sent to the employees online. The correlation between CSR and intent to remain was significant and according to the results, CSR and intent to remain significantly changed depending on experience. In the study, factor analysis, correlation analysis, Mann-Whitney U, Kruskal Wallis one way variant analysis were used to test the hypotheses.
