Abstract (EN)
Half of world population consists of women. However in work life the participation of woman is relatively lower. This point is related with sexual discrimination. There are psychological and social reasons of sexual discrimination. Women are faced with sexual discrimination in every step of working life. So being in working life becomes diffucult for women. In international treaties, conventions and in our labour law article 5, the framework of protection for woman for equal treatment has been drawn and it has been prohibited.KEY WORDS:1.
