Abstract (EN)

Allergic reactions occur with the excessive reaction of the immune system against non-harmful substances. Allergens enter the body through the respiratory tract, oral or parenteral routes; Allergens that enter the body by respiratory, oral, or parenteral means may be from animals, plants, fungi, or small molecular weight chemical agents. The majority of allergic diseases develop through Ige-related mechanisms. The incidence of allergic diseases in 20-30% of the World has become one of the most researched diseases. Studies conducted in different parts of the world have identified major differences in the prevalence of asthma, allergic rhinitis, and atopic dermatitis. In our country, lifetime prevalence of asthma in children is reported to be 4.9-14.1%. Fungi, which are abundant in soil and can develop and multiply rapidly on surfaces with organic matter and water, show a wide range of dispersion sprawl sprawls due to the effect of air movements. Inhalant allergens, which are the main causes of airway inflammation and airway overresponse in asthma, are increasing recently with the chemical and physical contamination of the air. Candida species are yeast fungi commonly found in nature and found in the normal flora of humans. Candida albicans is a polymorphic yeast fungus that can be found as a communal and opportunistic pathogen. Since we have a continuous relationship with Candida species in nature and human flora, it is very important to define the antigenic structures of this microorganism and to reveal their effects on the immune system. C. albicans produced in our laboratory was collected and allergen fungal protein was extracted. Protein samples were prepared from the prepared mushroom extracts and the total concentration of potential allergen proteins was determined by BCA method. As a result, it was determined that C. albicans had high protein concentration. Basic data were obtained in the preparation of mushroom extracts that help in the diagnosis of allergic diseases.
