Abstract (EN)

This research was carried out in the unheated semi-polycarbonate-plastic research greenhouse of Ordu University Faculty of Agriculture in 2022 in order to determine the effects of sheep wool fertilizer doses on yield and yield elements in paddy. The trial, coincidence, parcels were established as 4 iterations according to the trial pattern. Kocamanici paddy variety was used as a material in the study. Sheep wool fertilizer doses were applied as 0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400 kg/da. The values were varied between 62.13-73.48 cm in plant height, 1.47-2.45 pieces in the number of tillering, 2.48-3.39 mm in stem diameter, 15.00-24.75 number of potted clusters, 8.49-13.85 cm in cluster length, 35.36-90.83 pieces in cluster number, 0.75-1.90 g in cluster grain weight, 29.39-31.46 g in thousand-grain weight, 10.67-34.41 g yield per pot, 0.60-2.14 g yield per plant, 5.66-5.92 mm in rice grain length, 2.80-2.95 mm in rice grain width, %64.78-%71.15 in rice yield, %53.86-%60.78 in rice yiled without fracture, %41.57-%53.06 in harvest index and 23.40-38.18 SPAD value. In the study, it was observed that the among parameters examined in the application of sheep wool fertilizer caused very important differences in plant height, number of tillering, stem diameter, number of potted clusters, cluster length, pieces of cluster number, cluster grain weight, thousand-grain weight, yield per pot, yield per plant, rice yield, rice yield without fracture, harvest index and SPAD value. Accordingly, it was observed that the best result in terms of yield and yield elements was obtained from the application of 400 kg/da sheep wool fertilizer.
