Abstract (EN)

With this study, the flora of the north-west environment of Çerkeş village, located in Bayat district of Çorum province, was determined. A total of 725 plant samples were collected from the study area at the end of the field studies carried out between 2019-2021. As a result of the investigations, a total of 485 species and subspecies taxa belonging to 66 families and 271 genera were identified. 50 of these identified taxa are endemic to the Flora of Turkey and the endemism rate the of area is 10%. The distribution of taxa according to phytogeographic regions are as follows: Mediterranean element 37 (7.6%), Euro-Siberian element 59 (12.2%), Iran-Turan element 100 (20.6%), multi-regional or undetermined phytogeographic region is 289 (59.6%). The study area is located in square of A5 according to Davis' grid system. 17 the taxa are new record for square A5. As a result of the study there is, Astrodaucus orientalis var. eriocarpus has been identified as a new record for the Flora of Turkey.
