Abstract (EN)
Rainflow cycle counting method has a wide range of usage and is widely used for classification of data measured on products where fatigue tests and road performance data of vehicle components are collected. In this study, strain data of heavy commercial vehicles under biaxial loads were evaluated using the rainflow counting method. In order to make this evaluation, strain gauges were applied to the heavy commercial vehicle wheel and the strain values were measured during fatigue test with different loading conditions. Three different wheel biaxial fatigue test machine also verified according measured strain data.
