In addition to this, search precautions? being the means of arrest and detention precautions increases the significance of the subject because, the achievement of search and protection precautions will directly affect the success of arrest and detention precautions, which is as important as the achievement of search and protection precautions.Moreover, it is possible that arrest and protection preacautions may turn into apprehension precautions in the course of time and this is like setting the precautions of search and protection in the foundation of a building which has been being built. A search that has been appropriately done considering the rules and principles stated before, is going to be the assurance of correctness and success of the progressive phases of the criminal court in one sense whereas, a search that does not meet the necessary requirements, is going to condemn the trial to failure and disagreement with law. Therefore, the principles that should always be considered and the conditions which have a vital importance and we should live in, should be known very well in order to apply the search and protection precautions.Considering these, The Organic Law, The Law of Criminal Court, other related laws and the arragements related to search precautions and stated in the Regulations of Searching, exceptions, some rules of international contracts and the decisions of the courts are taken into consideration and evaluated. Furthermore, various topics for the discussions are put forward and it is indicated that how we should perceive the arrangements of thoughts about this subject.
