Abstract (EN)
In this work, poly(o-toluidine)-poly(/n-phenylenediamine) and poly(o- toluidine)-poly(o-phenylenediamine), polymer electrodes were prepared by electrochemical polymerization method using Pt electrode as working electrode at constant potential. The factors affecting permselectivity characteristics to electroactive species such as ascorbic acid, oxalic acid and H2O2 of the prepared double layered-polymeric electrods, were optimized systematically. From the experimental results, it was found that ascorbic acid and oxalic acid could not pass through polymeric films. Also, it was seen that regular responses for H2O2 injuctions. As a result, it was found that poIy(o-toluidine)-poly(o-phenylenediamine)-GOx enzyme electrode prepared by enzyme immobilization using poly (o-toluidine) working electrode gave regular responses for the glucose injections, as expected. KEYWORDS: poly (o-toluidine), poli(o-phenylenediamine), poli(w-phenylenediamine) double-layered polymeric materials, enzyme electrode, amperometric biosensor. / *''?? n: t; ; !. V"
