Abstract (EN)

In this study, six different concrete samples were produced by using with crushed stone aggregate, pumice aggregate that maximum particle diameter of 16 mm., CEM-I 42.5 R and Calcium Aluminated Cement (500 doses). In mixtures, the superplasticizing chemical additive, 2% by weight of the cement, and 0.15% polypropylene fiber, in order to improve mechanical properties, 5% steel fiber, also stone powder and silica fume, replace with 10% by weight of stone powder were added by keeping water-cement ratio. The availability of lightweight concrete a 100% pumice aggregate, semi-structural lightweight concrete by using 25% pumice aggregate and high strength concrete by using 100% crushed stone aggregate were investigated and the engineering properties were compared. Within this framework, unit weight, slump-flow test on fresh concrete samples; dry-unit weight, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength, water absorption, flexural strength with experiments properties of ultrasonic pulse velocity on hardened concrete samples were investigated. In study, also compressive strenght, pulse velocity and weight losses were determined by carring out temperature test on 28 days concrete samples exposed to different tempreatures 200°C, 400°C, 600°C, 800°C, 1000°C. At the end of this study, the highest compressive strength in concrete samples was optained from 100% crushed stone aggregate-CEM I 42.5 R (100-CSCEM). After high temperature (1000°C) 100% crushed stone-CAC (100-CSCAC) was determined to give the best result of this study.
